Q: How do I change my billing information after I have already subscribed?
At the moment, you cannot change your billing information until after your subscription ends. In order to prevent your old info from being charged again, go to the Billing tab in your profile and switch Auto-renew to off. When your subscription reaches it's end, you will then be able to input new billing information under your user name.
Q: Is the payment page secure?
A: Yes, we use state of the art SSL encryption for your transactions offered by Comodo.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.
Q: Do you store my credit card information?
A: No, your payment info never remains on our servers.
For Monthly and Annual accounts, your credit information is saved securely by the credit card processor.
Q: How often will you bill my card? Do you have reccurring billing?
A: Time-based (monthly and annual) subscribers will have their card charged monthly or yearly, depending on the type of account.
Monthly subscriptions are charged at the time of purchase and then every thirty (30) days from the date of first purchase. Annual subscriptions are charged at the time of purchase and then every calendar year from the date of first purchase.
You may cancel a Monthly or Annual subscription at any time from the billing settings page in your profile.
5 and 20 sound accounts are not time-based accounts, and they do not charge on a recurring basis.
Q: I’m about to make a purchase, and will need an invoice / receipt?
A: You will be asked to enter your company information before completing your purchase.
You can later find your receipts by visiting your Profile and then selecting the 'Receipt' tab.
