Pending Sounds?

Hello,
Just wandering if anybody knows the usual time frame for feedback on uploaded sounds?
I uploaded 20 sounds over a week ago, and still no response.
Can anyone help?
I don't mind if I get a negative response saying I've been unsuccessful, just a response would be great.
