200k or less sound?

Hey everyone! I am here trying to figure out howto make a zap for myspace IM.
I have finally found how to find the sounds thanks to this site! Now the only problem I keep haveing is when I try to enter a sound it says that it has to be 200k or less... I have no idea what this means...I have tried a variety of different sounds ranging in pitch and length to no avail. Thanks for the help in advance!
