We are in the process of deleting many files, in order to make Soundsnap a library that contains only pro quality audio.

Yesterday we deleted a large list of over 700 sounds(!) that we felt did not fit with the library. This was a very hard and painful decision, but a necessary one, in order to become a pro quality library. I would like to thank again all the contributors, whether their sounds have been accepted or not.

Meanwhile, you might have noticed that we are improving the descriptions and tagging, to keep them consistent and user-friendly.

I hope you can already see and hear the difference while browsing!
