No preview any more

It appears someone has buggered the Soundsnap preview feature. I can no longer preview sounds and have tried all suggested remedies. It worked fine a few days ago and now nothing. I can listen to sounds I created at my sign on site but when I log on to the general site I cannot hear sounds from anyone else. Anyone also having this problem? The only changes I have made are to download Bitdefender and Beta version 3 of Advanced Windowscare.
