hello i guess

I am here, I am making a 'cinematic reading inexperience' of someone's web comic, and i want to to feel like an un-animated movie, this got me into sounds and sound effects and a new appreciation for the guys who put them in film and cartoons, the people who do foley generated and field work sounds.

Hopefully I can be nice enough to make and record sounds from any way possible and offer them to people, if I am not nice then I'd be one of those people who charge a $3 licance fee to use that wonderful keersplash I had made.

what can I do with the bare minimums and not very expensive equipment? can the casual recorder offer anyting to this sites resources?

also be warned, I am not good at spelling for somereason, even spellcheck does a double take.

Inever thought I would find my self listening to dog barking sounds on the internet

Welcome Kaiyodei, Thanks for

Welcome Kaiyodei,

Thanks for offering to help!

Keep in mind that the quality standards are pretty strict- we delete about 40% of sounds uploaded daily! So if your sounds are not recorded with professional techniques and equipment, they most likely won't pass the test.

However, there are a few other ways you can help:

- Tell your colleagues and friends about us: Spread the word!

- Rate sounds and help others find the best sounds with ease.

Thanks and c u around.
