In order to download, search for a sound by using the search bar at the top of the page.
As soon as you get your results at the center of the screen, you can click on the icon that says 'mp3', 'wav' or 'aif'. Click on that and it should download automatically. If it doesnt, then right-click on it and select 'save target as' and select a location on your hard drive.
