Is it really possible to use these sounds free for background music? If so how do you save to your computer to use it. I am learning a little at a time. Thanks

To download a file, you just have to click on the icon saying 'aif' or 'wav' or right-click on it, select 'download linked file' and choose a location on your hard drive.
