The first sound is the original sound recorded 15 or so years ago. I tapped a long metal bleacher on a USC (Los Angeles) track field with a quarter. I may have taped a lav mic face down onto the surface. The second sound is the same sound (twice) after it was slowed down and then processed mainly with TL Space/Effects/Fantsay and Fiction/Zarustustra Speaks convolution reverb.
