Latest developments (Soundsnap 1.5)

Hello Soundsnappers!

We 've been listening to your feedback and got some great ideas about improving the website. We have done a first round of developments and released them. We call it 'Soundsnap 1.5'

They 've all been done according to user feedback:

1) Now you can see how many results a search returns- we 've added a counter. This was requested by many users, and mainly our very own Madilicious.

2) We have created a nice navigation for the forum- similar to the one in the categories page. Before it wasn't very clear in which forum you were in when reading a post. This has been solved by the new navigation. Many thanks to Reeouchi for bringing this up in the forum.

3) We have improved the IP tracking, so that we know exactly which IP has uploaded and edited each sound. This helps protect us against copyright infringment, since people who violate copyright laws can be tracked down.

4) Various security issues.

I hope you like the latest developments (especially 1 and 2).

We are constantly evolving and soon we will be able to show you Soundsnap 1.6!
