u need a php snippet, javascript or something along those lines to do that.
just google "force donwload php snippet" or something similar and you'll find lots of ready and free scripts out there to do this.

Yes, I do make web pages and was trying to find a way to force a file to download when the link is clicked on instead of having to say, "Right-mouse click and then select 'Save Target As..'" which works but is not as slick as a simple click like you guys have got here with your audio clips.

Yes, I did click on them. The file downloaded just fine. I'm just wondering how that's done. Everytime I make a link to an MP3 file when I click on the link the MP3 begins to play. I'd like to find a way to make it download like they've done here. That's really cool!
