Novation Remote 25SL, Zoom H4 recorder. These are my main work horses. I also have a Yamaha DX7mk1, Korg Wavestation and Korg Electribe ER1. Although these dont get used too much these days.

Hello, I'm using a Mac Pro

Hello,

I'm using a Mac Pro with a Digi 003 factory running protools. I use a ton of plugins as well as some great rack units such as the Line 6 filter pro and the delay pro. I'm monitoring through a pair of M-Audio Studiophile speakers with a matching sub and use AKG headphones. Some other brands I use are dbx, soundcraft, joe meek, vox, studio projects, TC Electronics, Shure, Audix, and Sennhieser.

I'm sure I'm opening myself

I'm sure I'm opening myself up to judgment, but let me preface by saying I'm a college student on both a tight budget and clock.

My gear and software consists of the following:

-Schecter Damien-7
-Vox Pathfinder 30-watt
-Line 6 Spider II
-Boss Distortion (DS-1)/Overdrive (OD-3)/Metal Zone/Chorus Ensemble/Super Octave
-Digitech Metal Master/Hyper Phase (an incredible phaser at that)
-Danelectro mini-pedals: auto-wah/delay
-Kristal Audio Engine
-Hydrogen, an open-source drum machine

I used to run BFD's Fxpansion through Pro Tools LE 7.3, but the friend who was allowing me access to their exquisite CPU moved, and my own computer won't suffer such vulgar displays of CPU suction. :-p

To my credit, I've got the art of clever EQ'ing down to a T to compensate.

You'll see. ;-)

I'm using mostly Pro Tools

I'm using mostly Pro Tools (great Audio-Editing)and sometimes Live.
My other Stuff are some Outboard-Gear (Ibanez Digital Delay from the 80's, DBX 166a,Zoom 1201, TC M-ONE and some others). For Guitar (my fave is my Sqier Telecaster)I use Fender and Vox-Amps and Pod 2. And I love my Micro Korg, but I think the most important one is Creativity.

hehe, it is part of the body but the way that you input data is serial,
That means that you input a click after a click.
The human is a multitask being so we need controllers where you can input
multiple data at anytime like the piano controller etc
The most exciting of all is using sensors to trace the body movements,
but you need to calibrate them very well to get great results...
