I would call this DnB, not breakbeat. There aren't nearly enough breaks for it to be breakbeat.
However, it's pretty reasonable DnB, with some problems in the mix. Mostly, the "bass bin" bass line is too resonant around a certain frequency.
Also, this song has a few vocal samples, which may make it unsuitable for certain uses (such as games background music, say).
"Seven years of college down the drain"
"I have a bad feeling about this"
and a few less intelligible samples
I'm giving it 4 stars, though, as the main thing missing is EQ and proper classification.
