Is it 5 downloads every 60 days now?

Hi. I joined a month ago and downloaded my 5 free sounds. I'm considering a subscription at some point, but until my project gets to the production phase I was looking forward to playing around with 5 more sound files a month. So here I am, today, a month after I 1st downloaded, and I see that I cannot. I see the following under my profile:

Membership: Free. You can download 5 sounds every 30 days.
Start Date: 2009-03-16 04:18. Your downloads will reset on 2009-05-16 01:44.
Downloads: 0 / 5

So, why is it a 2 month wait? is this a policy change?

I understand what I had

I understand what I had wrong, now. The key is this (from the e-mail):

"0/5 means that you have downloaded zero out of five downloads."

I was convinced, for no good reason, that it meant I had 0 remaining. So, in case anyone is confused by this topic, things work and were always working. Wolfshade is just a moron. Carry on, and be creative.

Oh, and Tasos is very nice and patient.

Mail sent. Again sorry to sound negative, but somehow you seem to think that because I'm posting today means I downloaded today. The whole issue is that I downloaded last month and never got my 5 back for this month.

Yes, I posted on 4/17, but I downloaded my five files on the day I joined, which was 3/16. If I had downloaded 5 more files just now, then I agree that 5/16 would make perfect sense. But the fact is I still haven't been able to download anything since 3/16. Is there a log on your end with my downloaded files and times? That should confirm what I'm saying.

Sorry if my first post sounds negative, but I think I'm the victim of some sort of weird dating glitch.

It all seems normal to me..!

Today its the 17th of April (04/17) and your downloads will reset in 30 days (05/16).

The download counter resets in 30 days from your first download, not from the day you signed up. I thought that was more fair.

Download a sound and the 30 day countdown will begin.
