Hey guys im new to this great site.
Anyway can some body tell me how to insert a sample to ableton live lite 6?

There should be an "Import"

There should be an "Import" function somewhere at the top menu.
But I 'm just guessing- i haven't used Live in years...

If no one replies, you should check the manual/FAQ which should be somewhere in the program.
