I downloaded two songs today and I downloaded another about 1 month ago. The stange thing is on my accound information it tells me I started my month today, with 3 sounds!

Does the 5 songs per thirty days really work...? If so, is there a way to fix my bug?

Your FREE account should reset every 30 days from the date you started, regardless of the number of sounds downloaded. If that is not happening then we need some more details.

Well it does work now. But

Well it does work now. But it didn't work like...this morning! I had 3 songs on my download list in which I had one song that I downloaded 1 month ago (so it should have been two songs downloaded for this month and not 3), but now it's alright. And the counter went back to 0 (Yeah! A bonus!). As if the real account started today... Oh well. If it works I'm happy with that! Thank you for the support.

I am not sure what the issue is- your account seems to work fine.
The 5 sounds a month should work OK.

But the sound I downloaded last month should not be added in this month just because I did not use all 5 songs. At the end of the month the counter should be back to 0? No?

And you say that I should ask to Tasos or another admin... where can I ask them questions? I search in the website for a "contact us" link somewhere, and did only find the forum...

And sorry if I'm not really clear. I usually speaks French! My English is not that good.

I am not sure I quite understand your problem. The 5 free sounds a month is mainly I guess to protect the interests of ammiters; Tasos, tell me if I am wrong! That is one advantage that this site has over others; the hobbyist is still protected. So yes, I believe that the 5 free effects does properly work, and as for your bug, well I don't know, but I am sure Tasos or another admin or moderator may be in a better posission to help than me. I am guessing that what you are saying is that a sound you downloaded a month ago is now showing in this month's sounds. The system came in to effect in January 2009, and my only guess for this could be that you did not use all your 5 last month, so they carried over to this; Tasos, is that correct?
