Can't I use these sounds without modifying ?

Hi
Thank you for the great store. I would like to clarify my two doubts:
1. I am developing an utility which will generate various sounds ( not a game ). Users will not be provided any option to extract the sound clips but the whole job of the utility is to make various sounds. Is it leagal ?
2. Can I use the sounds without any modifications ( as is found in this site ) ?

Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

You can use the sounds on your website the way you describe.

However, you cannot distribute the sounds 'as they are'.

Your users can't be allowed to download the sounds in their original form from your website.
