Apparently from reading other posts my browser is causing download issues. Everytime I click on a file it plays it and does not give me a chance to download it. I have fixed that issue but I have used up all 5 downloads and have nothing on my computer can you help please.

I am having similar

I am having similar troubles. I just joined, clicked on the same sound 5 times trying to figure out how to download it, never got anything, but now it says I've reached my 5 download limit. I was using Firefox on a Mac.

We have done extensive

We have done extensive testing and we haven't found any bugs relating to downloading.

Thanks. That is actually what I did - listened to the samples by left clicking and just downloaded 3 by right clicking and saving target as.
Just must have been a glitch.
Thanks anyhow. Three's better than none.

No, the length is irrelevant.

You probably started a download and stopped it or auditioned it without saving it.

In the future, make a right click on the download icon (mp3 or wav) and select 'save target as'.
