Videos with Soundsnap sounds.

I am planning to make an introduction for videos that i will post to youtube, and the introduction will contain SFX from soundsnap.

Question 1:
Can i upload these to youtube?

Question 2:
I may possibly get a youtube partnership one day, where they put advertisements on your videos and you collect revenue, if i do, i am in way making money from posting videos, which will have my introduction, which has SoundSnap sounds.

Am i allowed to do this?

You may also make commercial use of the videos, as you wish.
