Slight problem

Well I don't blam soundsnap for what they have done and I think it was about time they started charging, but it seems to have created some problems...

Mabye I am the only one who has experianced this problem, mabye not, but the problem is; is that I have waited a month for my download limit to cycle, but it is way past the listed date. My work is slowing to a halt because of this, Please Help!!!!!
