Yet another legal question

Sorry if this gets posted twice, but I couldn't see my original message. Just wanted to inquire into whether or not these sounds can legally be used as sound effects to accompany hand held devices, outdoor equipment, e.g. confirmation jingle/sound when using a device to measure air pressure.
