I am new here, and since I knew soundsnap I liked the way a community shares what they like : sounds !

I came of an idea about the upload retribution, tell me what you think about.

Since I'm a young sound designer, I don't have the money to pay for download the sounds of soundsnap. But I record a lot of sounds by myself. And here's the way I imagine a community by sharing :

If a user uploads sounds, I think the retribution could be that he can download as many sounds as he uploaded. The limitation would on the global duration footage he or she would have uploaded and not the number. For whose who just want to pay, the money would be used as you will decide : for the uploaders that have been downloaded or for the servers of sound snap..

There is already a forum for this, and it is found here: http://www.soundsnap.com/node/54658 . It's about sharing the money that the website gets, or allowing extra downloads. Thanks for your ideas, though, just paste 'em in to the other forum!
