Downloads problem

i have been waiting for a while for my downloads to reset...
and nothing...when it comes to the reset date it just writes another date
instead of reseting the downloads...
how can i fix this?

I'm a newbie and I

I'm a newbie and I downloaded two sounds. They went to iTunes who apparently lost them. They can't find them, and I can't either. My Firefox browser is supposed to send all downloads to a specific directory on my c drive, so I don't know how iTunes even managed to override my preferences. Do you have any experience with this? Can I get credit for my two lost songs?

it says i can download 5

it says i can download 5 sounds every 30 days...
so... Start Date: 2009-05-04 20:41. Your downloads will reset on 2009-09-07 22:33. and i still have 0/5 downloads...
