Download tally increases just by searching

I'm slightly annoyed that every time I search for a sound, it adds to my tally - yet I don't actually download any files!

Could this be fixed soon? I've estimated that I've probably only download half the files I search for and I don't particularly want to fork out more money for sounds I don't actually download.

I've just noticed the tally

I've just noticed the tally raise again just by searching. I was on 91 counts and after 2 searches, it rose to 96! All up, I've only downloaded 3 sounds [from 89 counts]. Not happy! :(

It was my understanding that the tally doesn't raise if you preview each sound or am I wrong in that assumption? Because that seems to be happening to me.

Well, I'm not sure if it's an isolated problem or not but the other day I downloaded 12 sounds [not cancelling either of them] and my count went from 68 to 87. I logged out then logged back in to post it here [I didn't give it any thought before logging out] and the count went up to 89 ...

I'm hoping it is isolated because it hasn't increased the increment yet and this is the first time I've logged in since it's happened.

That is very odd. We have

That is very odd. We have never seen that action before. The counts displayed on the page are ONLY updated on page refresh for now. So if you download 3 sounds, then perform a search the counts will then show the +3 sounds.

Also note that clicking on the download links increments the count, even if you cancel the download. Most browsers download in the background and we have no way to know if you canceled or not, it is a browser specific operation.

Can you provide any additional details that might help us track this down?
