It's great software. I haven't upgraded to the latest version since my SX-3 works just fine for me and I started with the very first SX when it had come out. Got a really great cross-over deal since Emagic decided to only serve Macs at that time, so I got a steal with SX-1--and a far, far easier and more versatile app. (I still have my old Emagic Logic from back then, but never use it; I just keep it since I have some older work done with it).
